Here are some new maintainers:

Simplenews: RobRoy (uid 22975) and Sutharsan (uid 73854)

Inactive User: Crell (uid 26398)

Flash Gallery: Sime (uid 35266)

Maybe these people can indicate whether they think it is still  
necessary to list those modules as 'needing help'?
