[development] should tinymce get a new maintainer tinymce

    I would be one of those unhappy with the direction tinyMCE took.

    It was highly configurable from Drupal which made it easy to tailor
    it to a particular sites need.

    Now you can not even add a new configuration type without modifing
    the code (or modifying the buttons in the js for an existing set).
    Either way makes it hard to apply patches or upgrades down the road
