Here we go again. Please do not email the 1000+ people on this mailing list 
so that they can pay attention to your pet issue. The people who want such 
notification are already subscribed via RSS or email notification to the 
drupal project issue queue.

Sorry, Earnie did this recently and was similarly informed. This behavior 
needs to be nipped in the bud.
