[development] Question on paths, cache and development routine

I've found a single visit to administer->menus will clear up the menu
mismatch and page not found errors. I do this often when developing
modules and changing menus around. You don't have to change anything,
just visit administer->menus

Carl, add your menu items in !$may_cache while you develop, and remove
the ! when you are ready with the module.
