[development] The first patch to be committed for Drupal 6

+1 for E_ALL compliance in HEAD.

For anyone else who's interested in E_ALL compliance, I have a patch to
 begin implementing E_ALL compliance by fixing the notices during

It was first posted a month ago but needs reviews/comments/tests.
