[development] New bzr mirror

Hi,

The bzr mirror at bzr.drupal.org got broken because of a bug in the tailor  
code.

We are going two ways: one, using the cvsps-import plugin on  
bzr.drupal.org to resurrect a mirror there. I will report on the progress  
on this later.

Two, there always was a mirror since long on Launchpad just last summer  
the module moving broke it. I asked and the fine folks at #bzr revived it,  
so

bzr get http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/drupal/main

This branch goes back to the dawn of time, so we have 6864 revisions as I  
write this, so a little patience initially is advised. Given the fact that  
Launchpad is maintained by the bzr team, we can hope that at least until  
we break our CVS repo really bad this branch will stay in place.
