[development] drupal down?

Is it me or is drupal.org currently down? It's showing the following error
message:**

"Host 'drupal2.drupal.org' is blocked because of many connection errors;
unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'."

I read the email on downtimes and I don't believe this is one of them.
