[development] robotstxt module looking for maintainer

The robotstxt module is looking for a maintainer. It is a module that is 
only used by a few people, yet plays an important role for anyone who 
has a multisite installation where each site needs its own robots.txt. 
The issue queue has 3 outstanding issues, one of which is a patch that 
upgrades the module to Drupal 5.
