[development] Status of Drupal trashbin

Chad recently emailed this list about this topic.  Basically, he gave  
up (after about 200 iterations of the patch) ;) trying to get the  
trashbin itself into core.  Now he's working on adding a deletion API  
to core so he could at least implement the trashbin as a 6.x contrib  
module.  Therefore, if you want a trashbin, please review, test and  
comment in the issue about the deletion API:
