[development] Per content type comment moderation settings

The subject says it all....this seems like it would be a simple
module, to set per content type moderation settings. For instance,
allow forum comments to be published immediately, but blog comments to
be pre-moderated.

Anyone know of something that can do this? If not, anyone have time to
write a quick module to accomplish this?
