[development] I am out of Drupal 6

Hi,

I am impatient and thus out of D6 cycle. Sorry. Unless there is a hard
menu bug, I am not going to to work on D6 any more.

I will work on subscriptions module to get it into a state where it
can be installed on Drupal.org so project* D6 does not need its own
subscriptions code (and if we so want, it can replace simplenews for
what we use simplenews).

I will work on D7 stuff because there are so many it scares me.

But Drupal 6, no, sorry.
