[development] hosting solution for Drupalcon videos

At the time that I uploaded the drupalcon videos to archive.org, their
connection was maxed out but they since doubled their connection (to
internet1 and internet2),

In my testing download speeds were pretty good (1.5 mbps), but i'm
sure this varies..
