[development] installing database

Hi,  it's been a while since I had to install drupal on another server. Installing drupal itself is just fine, as configuring the necessary files, although when I want to configure the database by importing the database.mysql file, I get an error (see attachment). Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks, Glenn
