Hi all,

A heads up and request for reviews and comments.

How can we renew our core data APIs to be consistent and even more elegant 
and efficient, to facilitate fully transactional web services, and to take 
full advantage of PHP 5?

Sponsored by CivicSpace, Henrique Recidive and I have tried to move the 
discussion forward with a paper and sketched in implementation of Active 
Records for Drupal (as one of many possible approaches).
