Email disclaimers, their validity and enforcement of, is a separate
subject with an entirely different set of criteria and morass that is
outside the scope of this discussion with it's own set of case law and
associated technologies.

Let's not complicate this already diverse thread with yet another
indirect example that merely muddies the water further.
