It's a thing already discussed but never implemented. Basically it
would be part of a list with contrib modules ordered by rating,
reviews and recommendations.

Anyway, I don't see this module inside core until D8 -- despite the
fact that jquery.js is already and core, and the code necessary to do
a real jquery module would be minimal.

I real would like to work on this. But I still don't have enough
experience to know how I would gather a team. Specially I have some
difficulties with my English to write a good document to catch people.

 Do you want to participate, perhaps like a "mentor", and help me with
some directions, on how would be best approach to work on this?
