OK, I am going to ping the infrastructure list about this: we need to
make plans to support this, even if it is only to set up a central
site to help coordinate mirrors around the world.

Anyone who knows mirroring systems / video storage / etc. -- hop on
the infrastructure list and help out with ideas.
