[development] OG Admin/managers blocks

I've done some looking and haven't seen anything that readily will  
show a user picture for ether an OG Admin or anybody with admin in the  
OG. I'm going to write such and contribute it unless there's something  
I'm missing... It has the feel of something that is so widely done  
that I must be just missing it.
