[development] svn 1.5 supports -p

Hello world,

The first public release candidate of subversion 1.5.0 (RC4) is out
there. There are several good things there but

    * 'svn diff -x' now takes '-p' extension option (issue #2995)

cures a long standing nuisance for us. Thanks to the subversion team
for adding this feature.
