[development] Biggest usability issues in Drupal?

I need help to decide exactly what the goals of the SoU Drupal project
will be.  I have posted 7 possible different project goals to the SoU
group on g.d.o.  I am seeking feedback from chx (technical mentor),
the drupal developer community and colleagues at CivicActions.
