[development] access api module from contemplate

ok, i´ve found a solution. I´ve created a module which calls the api
function and stores the value in a global parameter (say, $euroPrice).

Then from contemplate i declare global $euroPrice; and printing the
value seems to work.

Anyway, I suppose that it must exists a better way to do this.
