[development] Is there a 'Add Link to our Site' type module?

Title says it all. I have been through the module list a few times, but
I can't find any module that provides a mechanism to create a 'Link to
us' page, upload graphics and the needed HTML link text.
http://www.facebook.com/share_partners.php is an example of what I am
looking for.

 

I was starting to make one for our company site (and ultimately for
d.o.), but wanted to make sure I didn't miss an in progress module.
