Which part of the previous thread gave you (or anyone else) the  
impression that the security team is ignoring this problem?  I think  
greggles's reply was spot-on.  Instead of just complaining that you  
don't like how things are (for perhaps totally justifiable reasons),  
please contribute positively to changing it.  Then people won't get  
the impression that you're an ... ;)
