at last I found the correct callback:

  $items[] = array('path' => 'comptacau/moviments/ingressos/afegir',
                   'title' => t('Afegir un ingrés'),
                   'callback' => 'node_add',
                   'callback arguments' => 'comptacau-ingres',

                   'type' => MENU_NORMAL_ITEM);
