[development] New functionality on project nodes installed ond.o

Okey i dont understand how i became the scape goat for this. i just
delivered a message from ubercart BOF where people discussed difficulty when
you have a project with many modules but not every module supports every
version etc... so i'd appreciate you
stop being so aggresive defensive on the issue.
