[development] Looking for local gov, neighborhood association uses of Drupal

I site I helped on (but was not the primary developer) is for the city 
of West Linn, OR.  The site is http://www.westlinnoregon.gov.  I know 
Brian and Todd at aHa Consulting are also working with other municipalities.
