[development] Contributing a module

Yap I'm registered for more than a year there, and I registered for CVS
account a month ago, and I do it again now. While I was waiting the account
I saw that another member created a somehow similar module with the same
name (ooops). But there features is different so I have only to change the
name.

So what can I do now? just wait??
