What you are looking for is either:
-page specific templates http://drupal.org/node/268911
-check out theme components and settings for D6 at http://drupal.org/node/337173

Theming is extensively covered in the theming section on
http://drupal.org/theme-guide

This is a pretty basic question, that I'm sure you can find lots of
information with some strategic Google searches, so the developer
mailinglist is probably not the best place to ask this (you might get
flamed) ;)
