[development] Modules up for grabs to qualified individuals...

I'll be bowing out of Drupal development for a while. The following modules
would like new maintainers.
Daylife, Derivative, Fapilicious, FFMpeg,
Filefield, GeoLocation, ImageAPI, Imagecache, Imagefield, MimeDetect,
NodeReferrer, and Transformer.

If you're interested in taking over one of the modules send me an email with
your plans for the module, why you think you're qualified, and links to your
other work.
