There is already a RSS feed of new projects. Everybody who wants to
help new authors (and I guess many would appreciate that. Or should,
at least.).

We are trying to improve "findability" as part of the
redesign. Everybody who wants to help with this is welcome and should
study the drafts from Marc Boulton.
