[development] Postgres equivalent to SHOW TABLES

information_schema is supported by both PostgreSQL and Mysql, with
some subtle differences.

Drupal 6 doesn't have any schema querying features, so I suggest you
open a feature request to the schema module, and rely on it for your
needs.
