[development] Non-link links in menu

Every time this comes up I groan. I'm sure there -has- to be an easier 
way to attack it, and that others have done it.


Custom menu for the footer, Privacy, About, but then inline and at the 
end, like another link, but not clickable, | Copyright (c) 2010 blah blah
