[development] Learn drupal

I want to learn drupal very good.
May I know how to start up with...
I want to create a webiste by drupal.
I want my functionalities to be implemented.
How can I go ahead with drupal?
The documentation part in drupal.org.... I dont get my doubts cleared on
it.. probably I'm confused how to follow that.
