[development] Drupal 7 has weird fatal error with fastcgi and xcache

ok, I've got it where this only happens with 5.3.1 now so I'm going to
say its nothing to worry about atm. Will probably see if one of the
php mailing lists(or maybe xcache's) has any ideas or is interested in
investigating.
