Can you please clarify the due date:

this page:  http://sf2010.drupal.org/core-developer-summit  says that
submissions must be received by March 17.

this page: http://sf2010.drupal.org/conference/core-developer-summit
says that those presenting will be notified by March 15th, which
implies that all submission must be made before then?
