[development] custom css by path [feedback]

hello i just want to get feedback about a module that will load custom css
for every path you want,

the module will get the list of paths and there custom css file from the
.info file for the current active theme as the following

customcss[node]=nodesstyle.css
customcss[images]=photoalbum.css

the module will load nodestyle.css for the path /node
and the photoalbum.css for the path /images

feedback needed.
