[development] CCK Description Field Modul

Hi Drupalfriends

I'm looking for a way of adding descriptive text to a cck form for non
programmers. I though of a CCK field which adds descriptive text to the
form, but does not provide any possibility to enter data by the end user.
I'm ready to code this module, but want to make sure nothing similar does
exist already.
