[development] Is their another way that I can refresh the shopping cart block after an ubercart "add to cart" link is clicked?

I have not been able to find a hook that occurs after an ubercart "add to
cart" link is clicked so that I can refresh the shopping cart block.  Is
their another way that I can refresh the shopping cart block after an
ubercart "add to cart" link is clicked?
