[development] completeness module

[ahmed refaat]

i have idea, but i don't know if it can be a module to participate with it
in GSoC this year !
the idea of this module simply is to make thing like a progress bar widget
or whatever it can be called,
to help regular users of Drupal to complete the profile and the blog or the
site installation....
any help ?!!
