[development] expected review time for new module?

Another thing that works very well: If you have a friend (or friends) who
already has full-project privileges (formerly CVS access) then ask them to
review. Reviewing is open to anybody. Just follow the guidelines suggested
at http://drupal.org/node/1011698. It's not that hard to review an
application.
