[development] Upload files to another server not drupal files folder

https://drupal.org/project/storage_api can put the files in a different 
directory on the server, or upload them via FTP, S3 or Rackspace Cloud 
Files. If I remember correctly it can put the files on more than one 
server, but I'm not sure. If not, i guess it would be a good start.
