[development] migrating static HTML page with TABS to DRUPAL

Thank you you for responding. I am so new to this. Therefore please
apologize any stupid questions that I may ask.

I have our theme for the HOME page that is page.tpl.php which has a header
content area and footer. For the conenet area I am using 3 column stacked
page layout.

Mostly all sub pages have content on the LEFT side and navigation on the
right hand side.

So what I understand is that I would create 4 different views for 4
tabs.Should I have to create another theme that would be applied to this
page and other such sub pages?

Where will I place these 4 views?

What matrial should I read to understand this concept?
