[drupal-docs] Drupal 4.5 End User documentation guide

As part of OSDDP, students in one of my classes have put together an end 
user documentation manual:

It's CC licensed. I have plans at some point to revise it some and work 
the relevant portions into the Drupal handbook User's guide.

The original Drupal collaborative book version of that text is available

If anyone else wants to revise it, feel free to login to that Drupal 
installation (you'll have to register I don't enable Drupal ID's for a 
temporary project site) and do so. I probably won't be able to get to it 
until after the first of the year.
