It's amazing. Neil must be screaming. Every time he posts something,
it gets turned into a wiki :P

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but how about we start by just
getting more people building Drupal themes? CVS is an insurmountable
barrier for many designers. If they could just upload a zip or tar
with the required files, we would see a lot more themes.
