[drupal-docs] idea: link to module help pages from the module list

OK.  So you have the list of core modules, right?  With a little line of 
description.  Sometimes, I want to know *more* about the module than the 
little line *before* I enable it, BUT, since all the help pages are 
based on the module being enabled or not, I think there is no way to 
access that info without enabling it first.

Which makes sense, why provide info in the help pages for modules they 
don't have enabled.  But wouldn't it be nice to have a link just on the 
module list so you can make an informed decision before you enabled it?  
Ideas?

hm.  Except...  You can't access the module help pages without the 
module being activated.

If there is anyone else that thinks there is value to this idea, I will 
post a feature request.  :)
