[drupal-docs] Doc forum, "best practices", etc.

I wrote two posts, one of them was a "how to build a typical website". I got 
some valuable comments and reworked it in one article. Boris seems to react 
on the old version, which indeed was a kind of "best practice". Although he 
copied the most recent version to his site. (Further discussion on the 
forum.)
