[drupal-docs] Task for Drupal documentation writers

My apologies to Boris, but is any one else actually using the wiki?  
Wikis are great, but usually in a situation when there are lots of 
people using them.  Why not do this on list, Stefan can make a patch and 
post it to the help text issue?
