[drupal-docs] 4.6 changes

I made changes to the following handbook pages to reflect information
current to Drupal 4.6.

There are probably a lot more changes in the handbook to be made, but
the above were the ones I thought most people would look at after
installing Drupal for the first time.  If there are some other pages
that need updating to 4.6, let me know and I can make the changes.
