[drupal-docs] generating Drupal Handbook pdf's manually

This can also be done automatically, by a unix pipeline of the form
wget | html2ps | ps2pdf
I'm tweaking options on this, but if it can be made to produce reasonable
output it might be an alternative to fiddling around with a manual
conversion
