I'll let it slide, though, if you add a section on non-drupal basics 
like ftp, etc.  ;)

I made a couple of changes to wiki, which are properly noted in the log.

What if you made a book, Getting Started, and included About Drupal in 
there?  You'd have to take out upgrade...

To some extent, you can deal with slightly confusing layout by adding 
Related Pages, as suggested by my previous style suggestions for 
modules.  ;)
